A bed of romaine tossed with chipotle mayonnaise, chorizo fried with mushrooms, onions, red bell pepper, topped with two fried eggs

Avocado Egg Scramble: avocado mashed into eggs, served with onion and bacon

Eggs in Purgatory: sausage, onions, mushroom, canned tomatoes, 2 fried eggs

 

LUNCH SALADS

PESTO CHICKEN with a lemon vinaigrette, arugula- romaine blend, cherry tomatoes, toasted pepitats

MEDITERRANEAN LAMB cucmber dressing, cucumber, olives, bell peppers served on romaine

PICADIILO TACO spicy ground beef, tomatoes, bell peppers, roasted poblano cream dressing
